Faith’s Cafe – That’s breakfast and lunch covered

The Bridge Cafe is a family run cafe offering great breakfast and lunch options. Whether you are looking for bacon sandwiches and a coffee on the run, a leisurely full Scottish breakfast or a warming soup and a sandwich for lunch, Faith’s Cafe will serve you well. 

Spean Woollen Mill – combine lunch with some retail therapy

The Spean Woollen Mill is a canteen style cafe situated within the Spean Woollen Mill shop which sells clothes and accessories, Scottish souvenirs and a large range of whiskey. Why not treat yourself to a cup of tea and a freshly baked fruit scone after a spot of retail therapy.

Eating out in The restaurants in Spean Bridge give you a wide range of options for your evening meal. 

The Old Pines – Enjoy Dinner with a Mountain View

If you fancy a restaurant with a mountain view, then you must check out The Old Pines. Just a short walk from the Commando Memorial, their glass fronted restaurant has the most amazing view of Ben Nevis, the Nevis Range and the Grey Corries. Sit and watch the view change during your meal and enjoy the sunset as it goes down behind the hills and turns the sky red. 

Old Station Restaurant – Dine on the Line

The warm and cosy atmosphere of the Old Station Restaurant provides a quirky option for eating out in Spean Bridge. The restaurant is located in the converted waiting rooms at the  train station. The restaurant has a comforting menu with fish and chips, burgers and steak pie. So why not enjoy your dinner while watching the evening train go by – if you are really lucky you may catch a glimpse of the Jacobite steam train which occasionally passes through the village. 

The Old Station also has a bar area so you can just pop in for an evening drink if you do not want to eat out. 

The Lochside Brasserie at The Whispering Pine Lodge

Just a 10 minute drive from Spean Bridge, you will find The Whispering Pine Lodge. A beautiful, glass fronted restaurant with stunning views over Loch Lochy, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The menu is a fusion of Scottish and Asian favourites, offering something for everyone.
