As before Covid and during the pandemic, all our lodges will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. All our linens and towels are sent to a commercial laundry in Fort William and washed in medical grade detergent.
Cleaning products will be left in your lodge should you wish to wipe down surfaces during your stay. Hand sanitiser stations are available outside our Laundry and Information Room.
As contactless check in and check out processes have worked so well during the pandemic, we will continue to follow these processes meaning you can head straight to your lodge on arrival and start to relax and unwind.
We have updated our booking and cancellation policies. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be due when you book. The remaining balance will be due one month before your arrival. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover you should the need to cancel your trip arise.
