When you Book Direct with us, you can take advantage of exclusive benefits:
- Personal Support Every Step of the Way. Booking directly with us means you have a direct line to our team. From your first enquiry to the day of your stay, we’re here to answer any questions you have and assist you however we can. You can call or email us directly for personalised service throughout your entire experience.
- Exclusive Payment Terms. Take advantage of exclusive payment terms only available when you book direct whereby you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit on booking and the remaining 75% of the balance is due one month before arrival. These exclusive payment terms are not offered through OTAs.
- More Flexible Cancellation Policy. Life doesn’t always go as planned, and we understand that. Our Book Direct cancellation policy is more flexible than what you’ll find on OTAs. If you need to cancel your trip with us more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be retained, but no further charges are due. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full balance will be retained. We also strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance in the unlikely event of having to cancel your trip.
- Exclusive Special Offers. Enjoy seasonal offers only available to our direct guests. Our offers are not available when you book via OTAs, so you can always be sure you get the best value by booking direct.
- Exclusive, same day arrival option. Call us to check availability to arrive on the same day as you book.

The easiest way to make your reservation with us at Burnbank Lodges is to book direct via our website booking page where you will be able to search for your dates and fill in your requirements before going through the booking process.

The Booking Process
Once you book your stay with us, we promise you will not be bombarded by a whole host of frustrating, automated messages. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this when you book your stay with us via a third party agent such as Airbnb or Booking.com..
Once you have made your booking, you can expect the following
- Online Booking Confirmation. When you book online via our website, within 30 minutes you will receive an initial email to confirm we have received your booking.
- A Warm Welcome: Whether you book directly on the telephone or via our website, we will quickly send your Welcome Email. The only exception to this is if you make your online booking out of office hours, in which case we will send your Welcome Email first thing in the morning! This email will confirm all the details of your reservation as well as sharing important next steps information. It will also include your unique link to the Burnbank Lodges Electronic Welcome Book so you can start planning your visit straight away.
- Payment Reminder Email: We will drop you a payment reminder via email a few days before your balance is due, if applicable.
- Payment Receipt: Once your balance has been paid in full, you will receive an email confirming your updated booking summary.
- Not Long Now Email: A few days before your break away at Burnbank Lodges, we will send you a final email. This will contain directions on how to find us and all the details you need for a smooth and easy check in details to your lodge
