- From May to September, lodges are let on a weekly basis, and are available for occupancy from Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday, subject to availability.
- Short breaks, commencing on any day of the week are available from October to April, excluding Christmas, New Year, half-terms and Easter.
- Electricity is not included. It is calculated using meter readings taken on arrival and departure, and does not involve the use of coin meters.
- All lodges sleep 2.
- Discount is given to last year’s guests, (except during July, August, and Easter/Christmas/New Year).
- Dogs are very welcome in certain lodges by prior arrangement at a charge of £25 per dog. (Maximum of 2 no puppies). They must not be left in lodges unattended, and must be kept on leads within the grounds.
- A non-refundable deposit of £100.00* per lodge per week is required to secure a booking and the balance paid one month before arrival. (*special terms apply to Christmas and New Year).
- Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure. (Please advise us if you plan to arrive later than 7.00pm).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodges.

As an accredited member of the Scottish Tourist Board's Walkers, Cyclists and Anglers Welcome schemes, we undertake to provide facilities to meet the requirements of those engaging in outdoor activities. We have an excellent heated drying room and lockable storage for outdoor equipment, laundry facilities and a payphone. We keep a selection of maps and literature, (including easy short walks for non-walkers!), and we display public transport timetables, a daily mountain weather forcast, and when appropriate, a daily ski report. We also keep information on locally available river and loch fishing, tackle shops, boat hire etc, and we have fly fishing tackle available for hire. Fishing on the River Spean here at Burnbank is free to guests.
